1. General

Here at Apache Shops, we know what it's like to be a customer and want to make your experience with us as easy and rewarding as we can. We have set out these terms and conditions to provide you with all the relevant information you need to shop with us. If we have missed anything out or you would like clarification, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

We try to answer all customer emails within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If you contact us over the weekend, we'll get back to you the following Monday.

Please read through our terms and conditions carefully, by using this website and/or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions as set out below.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason if this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2. Terms of sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. the cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate, this is beyond our control. all prices advertised are subject to such changes. We reserve the right to refuse an order.

2.1 Dispatch and Delivery

Dispatch times may vary according to availability. We try to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days, with most orders being dispatched within 24 hours. Please note that dispatch times may take longer at busy periods such as christmas.

At this moment in time we are unable to offer free returns or refund any postage paid.

Stated delivery times may be subject to delays resulting from postal delays and during bank holiday periods, for which we will not be responsible. Packages may take an unusually long amount of time to get to international destinations and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. while we take steps to minimise or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

Please note that as with all Covid 19 relations, no delivery times are guaranteed due to the stress our postal services are undergoing.

All DPD orders, used for all of mainland England, Scotland and Wales will be sent on a 'Next Day Delivery' Service. Dpd will attempt to deliver to you on 2 separate occasions, leaving a calling card each time. If you do not respond to any of the calling cards, or our attempt to contact you, then your parcel will be returned to us. If this should happen, you will be charged the original postage of your order, plus the returns postage of £6.00. You will be refunded the remaining money on your order purchase. This will also be the case should you refuse the parcel to be delivered.

The Royal Mail service is used for all Offshore postal codes, this will include Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and all of Northern Island. When the Royal Mail service is used please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to be delivered.

*All items ordered before 3pm are sent using a next day delivery service, Please note that this only applies to orders placed between Monday-Friday before 3pm. This excludes orders placed on weekends, All orders placed over the weekend will be sent out the following Monday using a next day delivery service. Most parcels are delivered next day, however this is not guaranteed. Please note that the next day delivery service only applies to parcels sent within the UK. 

2.2 Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to provide you with accurate descriptions of products. All sizes and measurements are approximate and colours may vary depending on computer screen resolutions. 
All details, descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to change these without notice.

 

 

2.3 Payment

We use third party payment processors to take payments through Apache Shops LTD. All payments processors use the latest technology to protect your payment information, which is not released to any outside party.

 

 

2.4 Discount Codes

We love discounts and know you do too. From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. 
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Unless otherwise specified all discount codes exclude sale items.

Additionally, we reserve the right to modify or terminate any discount codes at our discretion and without prior notice. This includes the right to end discount codes whenever we deem it necessary or appropriate. We encourage customers to regularly check the website for the latest promotions and discount opportunities. Please note that unless otherwise specified, all discount codes will exclude sale items. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

2.5 Gifts and Special Offers

Please note that all free gifts sent with orders must be returned with your order if you no longer wish to keep your full order. You can not return your order back to us without the gift/ free item being included. If this is done we will deduct the price of the free item from your refund amount.

 

Discount codes can only be used once per customer, They can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers, remain our property and are non transferable.

 

There is no cash alternative. Discount codes exclude sale & delivery charges, discount codes and related offers. 

 

2.6 Gift Cards

 

Gift Card vouchers will be emailed to you, allowing you to print or forward on to the recipient.

After your purchase, check your email for the gift card code. Enter the code at checkout on our website or app. If using the app, proceed to checkout, first enter your details, and just before clicking "pay now," see the option to apply the gift card code on last page.

*Please note Gift Card products expire 12 months after purchase.

 

2.7 Refunds

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you as soon as possible.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund; this is in accordance with our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds will only be made via the original payment method. for further information on returns, please visit our Returns Page.

2.8 Christmas Returns Policy

Buying a Christmas gift? Items purchased online from 1st November through to the 25th December can be returned up to Friday 13th January 2023. If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, please ensure that you fill in the returns form which is included with each order. Returned items must be unworn and in perfect resaleable condition with it's original tags intact. Any online orders purchased after the dates above will come under the normal returns policy of 14days.

2.9 Missing Items or Parcels

If you have a missing parcel or any missing items from your order, please notify us within 10 days of your order date and we will do our best to help you. Notifying us outside of this time frame could unfortunately unable us to rectify this with the delivery company, however we will always try our best to resolve any situation. 

Intellectual Property, Software and Content

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this website remains the property of Apache Shops LTD and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Apache Shops LTD. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by Apache Shops LTD.

Marketing Emails

Regarding our recent 'There's Still Time' Christmas email sent out on the 18th December 2023 assuring timely delivery, we want to highlight that while we make every effort to ensure your orders reach you before Christmas, certain external factors are beyond our control. Instances such as Royal Mail delays or customers not available for delivery are not within our responsibility, and we accept no liability for such occurrences. To ensure a comfortable timeframe for delivery, we recommend placing orders by Wednesday, 20th December 2023.

Disclaimer of Liability

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials contained in this website.

 

 

Complaints

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know by way of email (contactus@apacheshops.com) If you have any complaints or comments and we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we can.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase made on our website- simply return it to us in its original condition, with your proof of purchase receipt within 28 days and we will issue you with a refund.

All sale items are final and non-returnable.

Please allow up to 5 working days to process refunds from the date of delivery to us. Refunds can take 3-5 Working days to show in your bank account once processed.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, or refunds for postage paid at this stage.

 

We advise to send parcels back with a signed/ tracked service. Please always keep proof of postage until you receive your refund monies back, otherwise this will alter your rights to a refund.

Please take extra care when trying on your purchases, as any self-made marks (such as make-up, self tan, lotions, perfumes etc.) may change your entitlement to a refund.

Please note that Apache Clothing shops are a completely separate entity and transactions conducted on this website are separate to those made in the Apache Clothing Stores, therefore all website returns can not be taken back to the shops for a refund. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

 

Lastly, If you receive the wrong item/ faulty item- We are very Sorry!!! If this should happen please get in contact with us by way of email within 30 days, leaving your preferred way of contact and we will get back to you as soon as possible, we aim to get back to you within 24hrs.

How do I return an item?

 Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this stage. All returns are to be sent with the returns form to:

How can I contact your couriers?

 You will be notified by DpD when your order has been dispatched. All point of contact can be found on the email or text you receive.
